William J. (BILL) CONDON (1923–1998)
Born in Houston, Texas, Bill Condon earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Rice Institute and assumed a position at the firm of Broesche and Condon Associates. Moonlighting as an artist while continuing his practice in architecture, Condon excelled as both a printmaker and a painter.
